Selena Fu, MD, Owner, Medical Director

Dr. Selena Fu studied biology and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine. She earned her medical degree from the prestigious Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. After an internship at UCLA Olive View Medical Center, Dr. Fu pursued an Ophthalmology residency at the renowned Baylor College of Medicine.

Her interest in ophthalmic plastic surgery led her to complete an advanced fellowship in oculoplastic surgery at the University of Texas, Southwestern. The services she provides include blepharoplasty/eyelid lift, removal of eye “bags” or excess eyelid skin, eyebrow lift, injection of botox, fillers, such as Juvederm, and cosmetic facial rejuvenation treatment. She also specializes in reconstructive procedures such as droopy eyelid repair, eyelid tumor excision, orbital fracture repair, and lacrimal / tear duct surgeries. She is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. She has published articles in major scientific journals and authored and presented papers at annual meetings of national ophthalmology organizations. She is actively involved in teaching the latest techniques in ophthalmology and cosmetic surgery through hands-on instruction and international lecturing.

Dr. Fu practiced for years in Ohio and California before relocating to the Kansas area in 2015. Her goal is to provide excellent personalized patient care in all areas of eye care. As a board-certified Oculoplastic surgery specialist, she provides customized care while utilizing all of her skills and training to achieve the best possible result in each case. She is truly committed to achieving the highest level of cosmetic and reconstructive results while preserving vision and improving her patient’s quality of life.

Raquel Reid, RN, BSN

Raquel always had a passion for medical aesthetics. She has been practicing in aesthetics since she was certified through Aesthetic Medical Trainers in 2022.  It is her passion to help others feel beautiful in their own skin and enhance their natural beauty through the latest advancement in medical aesthetics.

Raquel also works at Saint Luke’s Hospital in the Float Pool part time. This opportunity allows her to work on every floor in the hospital gaining knowledge about every condition. Float pool always challenges her to adapt and learn quickly in every situation. She truly enjoys caring for the diverse patient population and the variety of conditions she gets to treat. This has made her a compassionate, adaptable and well-rounded nurse.

Outside of nursing, her hobbies include traveling the world, fitness/wellness, and spending time with her family. She lives with her husband Jordan and their two dogs, Max and Luna. She cannot wait to see you in her chair and help you achieve all your aesthetic goals!

Alyssa Witzgall, Administrative Assistant

Alyssa is dedicated to ensuring that every client feels welcome and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Currently pursuing a doctorate in occupational therapy at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Alyssa brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to her role. While serving as a receptionist, Alyssa is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry. She enjoys learning about the latest trends and treatments, and looks forward to being part of a team that helps clients achieve their goals. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys caring for her 2 cats, Uzi and Mau, spending time with friends and family, staying active, and traveling.

Melissa Vaughn, Laser Specialist and Manager

Melissa is a highly skilled professional in the field of laser aesthetics for the face and body. With a passion for people, innovation, and a keen understanding of market dynamics, Melissa has made significant contributions to the Aesthetics industry over the course of her career. In addition to her technical expertise, Melissa enjoys identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships. Her ability to understand client needs and align them with an aesthetic solution has resulted in her success. She is committed to staying at the forefront of the aesthetics industry. She actively engages in continuous learning and professional development. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include running, hot yoga, Zumba, trampoline parks, and anything related to water, sand, and sunshine!

Eva Gibbens, Aesthetician

Eva has a passion for helping her clients see amazing results. She enjoys making clients feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable. She listens to her client’s concerns with intent and helps them make a plan to reach their skincare goals. She customizes and tailors suitable skin care products during their treatment and for their home use. She prioritizes personal relationships with her clients with excellent communication skills and earning their trust. Eva is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge and education on skin care by keeping up to date in the industry with the latest technology and advances. Outside of work, Eva loves the outdoors and enjoys spending time with family, hiking, fishing, baking, and traveling.

Manal Mimouni, Master Aesthetician, Laser Specialist

Manal Mimouni is a highly skilled master aesthetician and laser specialist with over 20 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. Currently working at RSVP Med Spa, she is known for her expertise in skin rejuvenation and advanced laser treatments, helping clients achieve a youthful complexion and slow the aging process.

Throughout her career, Manal has collaborated with renowned plastic surgeons and dermatologists across Europe and the East Coast, building a reputation for excellence in skincare and laser procedures. She holds master aesthetician and laser licenses in various states, and has earned multiple prestigious certifications from prominent laser industry leaders. Her dedication to her craft has been recognized through numerous awards and accolades, solidifying her status as a leader in the field of medical aesthetics.

Manal is a dedicated soccer mom of two boys, balancing life with her love for farming and spending time with her boys on the soccer field. She’s an animal lover, she owns 5 rescue dogs and 3 cats.

Brenna Finn, Aesthetician

Brenna is a passionate and skilled aesthetician dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through customized skincare treatments that support long-term skin health. Specializing in facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facial massage, and body contouring, Brenna crafts individualized solutions to address her clients’ unique skin concerns. Her approach combines advanced techniques with a personal touch, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident, rejuvenated, and radiant.

Prior to her career in skincare, Brenna worked as a flight attendant, where she honed her expertise in customer service and attention to detail, qualities she brings to every client interaction. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two dogs, Digby and Dobby, and cheering on her favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs.
