Selena Fu, MD, Owner, Medical Director
Dr. Selena Fu studied biology and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine. She earned her medical degree from the prestigious Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. After an internship at UCLA Olive View Medical Center, Dr. Fu pursued an Ophthalmology residency at the renowned Baylor College of Medicine.
Her interest in ophthalmic plastic surgery led her to complete an advanced fellowship in oculoplastic surgery at the University of Texas, Southwestern. The services she provides include blepharoplasty/eyelid lift, removal of eye “bags” or excess eyelid skin, eyebrow lift, injection of botox, fillers, such as Juvederm, and cosmetic facial rejuvenation treatment. She also specializes in reconstructive procedures such as droopy eyelid repair, eyelid tumor excision, orbital fracture repair, and lacrimal / tear duct surgeries. She is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. She has published articles in major scientific journals and authored and presented papers at annual meetings of national ophthalmology organizations. She is actively involved in teaching the latest techniques in ophthalmology and cosmetic surgery through hands-on instruction and international lecturing.
Dr. Fu practiced for years in Ohio and California before relocating to the Kansas area in 2015. Her goal is to provide excellent personalized patient care in all areas of eye care. As a board-certified Oculoplastic surgery specialist, she provides customized care while utilizing all of her skills and training to achieve the best possible result in each case. She is truly committed to achieving the highest level of cosmetic and reconstructive results while preserving vision and improving her patient’s quality of life.
Kylee Haxmeier, Administrative Assistant,
Licensed Aesthetician
Kylee is a Licensed Aesthetician, who is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through thoughtful, personalized care. Originally from Iowa, she relocated to Kansas City in 2025 after building her foundation in the aesthetics industry and gaining hands-on experience working in a spa environment.
Kylee received her esthetics education from PCI Academy in Iowa City, where she developed advanced knowledge in skincare treatments and a results-focused approach to skin health. Since becoming licensed in 2023, she has continued to expand her experience while providing customized treatments tailored to each client’s unique skin concerns and goals. She is especially known for creating a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their skincare journey.
In addition to her work in the treatment room, Kylee contributes to the spa’s social media and overall client experience. She also holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing Management, giving her a well-rounded perspective within the aesthetics and wellness space.
Outside of the spa, Kylee enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, fashion, and spending time with friends and family while discovering everything Kansas City has to offer.
Shelly Stewart, Master Aesthetician,

With over a decade of experience in aesthetics, Shelly has established herself as a trusted professional dedicated to delivering exceptional results. After graduating from House of Heavilin in 2013, she advanced her training by earning a Laser Certification from the prestigious Rocky Mountain Laser College in Denver, Colorado.
Proficient in Class IV lasers and leading medical-grade skincare technologies, Shelly specializes in laser resurfacing, IPL, microneedling with radiofrequency, hair reduction, and other skin rejuvenation treatments. Her expertise also includes lymphatic and oncology training, enabling her to provide comprehensive, holistic care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Holly has been a licensed aesthetician since 2018 and is a dedicated, results-driven skincare professional passionate about helping clients look and feel their absolute best. She specializes in customized facials, corrective skincare treatments, massages and advanced skin therapies, combining technical expertise with a personalized approach to every service.
Throughout her career, Holly has worked with a wide range of skin types and concerns, including acne, hyperpigmentation, aging, and sensitive skin. She creates individualized treatment plans focused on achieving visible, long-term results while prioritizing skin health and balance. Committed to ongoing education, Holly stays current with the latest skincare techniques, technologies, and industry advancements to provide the highest level of care.
Known for her calming touch and attention to detail, Holly strives to create a welcoming and relaxing environment where clients can unwind while working toward healthy, glowing skin. Her goal is to educate, empower, and enhance natural beauty through professional, results-oriented skincare.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, Jack, and their two sons, Carson and Wesley, as well as their dog, Ranger. She grew up on a farm in Southeast Texas, and loves everything outdoors. When she’s inside, she enjoys cooking, reading, and snuggling with her cat, Pixie.
