Secret RF uses fine microneedles to deliver controlled radiofrequency energy at selected depths beneath the skin’s surface. The combination of microneedling and heat creates focused treatment zones that activate the body’s natural repair process and stimulate collagen and elastin remodeling.

Because the needle depth and energy can be adjusted, your provider can customize treatment for delicate facial areas, thicker body skin, superficial texture concerns, or deeper acne scars.

Treatment is not performed indiscriminately “anywhere.” Your provider evaluates the skin thickness, underlying anatomy, medical history, and specific concern before determining whether an area can be treated safely.

What Should I Expect During Treatment?

A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to improve comfort. Your provider then selects the appropriate needle depth, energy level, and treatment pattern for the area being treated.

The treatment itself usually takes approximately 30 minutes, although larger areas may require additional time. Your total appointment will be longer because of numbing and preparation.

Most patients experience temporary redness, warmth, swelling, tenderness, or pinpoint crusting after treatment. These effects commonly improve over several days.

How Many Secret RF Treatments Will I Need?

Many patients begin with a series of three treatments spaced approximately four to six weeks apart. Deeper scars, stretch marks, or more advanced texture concerns may require additional sessions.

You may notice early improvement after one or two treatments, but collagen remodeling develops gradually. The most noticeable improvement commonly appears two to three months after completing the initial series.
