Process

1. You will discuss your goals and options during a consultation appointment.
2. Your injector will clean the area of the skin where you are getting your injection.
3. A topical anesthetic can be applied to the skin to numb pain or discomfort.
4. A small needle will inject the filler under your skin. Pressure can be felt. However, pain should not be noticed.

Results

Results can be seen immediately after the Sculptra injection. You should be able to continue your daily activities as usual. If any bruising or swelling occurs, it should be minimized within a few days. Since Sculptra is not a permanent solution for deep wrinkles, you may need injections every years to maintain your desired results due to its bio stimulatory effect.
