Gratuity / Gift Cards / Cash Policy

Gratuities of 15-20% on Services are greatly appreciated.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash and must be presented at the time of service. 

No cash refunds. All sales are final. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from purchase.

Cancellation Policy

While we understand plans can change, appointments are reserved especially for you. For individual services, a 24-hour cancellation notice is much appreciated.

Schedule Policy

We recommend scheduling appointments two to three weeks in advance for the widest selection of services and appointment times. However, we will do our best to accommodate you at any time.

If arrival time is more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment, your service may be rescheduled as a courtesy to other clients.

Preparation / Arrival Policy

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to get checked in and prepare for your treatment. All services require a client consultation form to be filled out to enable our providers to better serve you. 

No show appointments result in a $75.00 fee.
